1. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday).

Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time.

Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 18 business days total, depending on your location.
2. DELIVERY METHODS
To ensure your smart pet devices arrive in perfect condition, we partner with trusted global carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, and OSM.
3. SHIPPING COST

Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fee of $15.00 USD on all standard orders.

Express Delivery: Fast shipping is available for $35.00 USD (estimated 3–7 business days delivery time).

These rates apply regardless of the size or weight of your package.
4. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately at smartpet771@gmail.com before the handling time expires.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey until it reaches your home.
6. WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the order.
7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
8. DAMAGED PARCELS
At Smart Pet, we take extreme care in packaging your electronic pet gear. However, if your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please follow these steps:

Refuse if Possible: If the damage is visible upon delivery, you may refuse the parcel and ask the courier to note it as “Damaged on Arrival.”

Report Within 48 Hours: If you discover damage after opening the package, take clear photos of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.

Contact Us: Send the evidence to smartpet771@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will review your claim and offer a replacement or a full refund for verified transit damage.
